How long does customs clearance take?
If the file is complete, most air shipments clear in 24–48 hours and sea containers in 2–5 working days. Inspections, missing certificates or valuation queries can extend that. We flag issues before the cargo arrives.
Do you handle personal shipments?
Yes — documents, parcels, household goods and one-off vehicle imports. Small parcels usually travel with our next groupage.
Can you collect from the supplier?
Yes. Send the supplier address and ready date. We arrange export clearance, collection and the flight or vessel under one file.
What do you need for a quote?
Cargo description, weight and dimensions, origin and destination, and whether it’s ready or still in production. For customs, a commercial invoice and packing list help.
Do you deliver outside Tripoli?
Yes — Misrata, Benghazi, Zawiya, Sabha, Tobruk and most towns in between, either on our trucks or through vetted partners.
